Avraham Berenson is a Partner in the firm’s Commercial Department, and has unique expertise in working with companies in the defense industries.
Avraham specializes in providing ongoing counseling to companies in all realms of commercial and corporate law. Avraham’s primary area of practice is in cross-border transactions and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts, such as joint venture agreements, supply agreements, joint venture agreements, licensing agreements, etc. In his practice, Avraham garnered extensive experience in counseling defense industry companies on U.S. international traffic in arms regulations (ITAR) and on Israeli law applying to defense exports, among other issues.
Avraham holds an LL.B. and a BA in Asian Studies from Haifa University, and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2012.Avraham joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2015.
Prior to joining, Avraham was employed at the law firm of Erdinast, Ben Nathan & Co., first as an intern and later as an attorney specializing in commercial law and real estate.
