Guy Avidan is an attorney in the firm’s high-tech department.
Guy’s areas of practice are Corporate Law and Commercial Law, accompanying high-tech companies, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, ongoing business agreements and more. Guy provides ongoing legal advice to companies at all stages of the corporate life cycle on a wide range of corporate and commercial issues.
Guy holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in international relations, both from the University of Haifa (during his legal studies, Guy served as a senior member of the “Din U’dvarim” Law Review for 2 years), and a master’s degree in law and economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
Guy joined the high-tech department at our firm after an apprenticeship in the Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) department at GKH Law Firm.
