Hadar Lieberman Hadad is an associate in the firm’s High-tech Department.
Hadar specializes in corporate and commercial law, counseling high-tech companies, startups and investors in funding rounds, mergers and acquisitions, and other areas. Hadar provides ongoing legal counseling to companies in all phases of the corporate life cycle on a wide array of corporate and commercial issues involving financing transactions, corporate governance and ongoing business agreements.
Hadar holds a combined B.A. in Law and Geography from Tel Aviv University (TAU).
Immediately following her admission to the Israeli Bar Association in 2020, Hadar worked as an attorney in Goldfarb-Seligman at the Sustainability and Environmental Law Department. Hadar interned at the Civil Division of the State Attorney’s Office, Central District.
