A delay of one year in handing over apartments to buyers, multiple defects in the apartments and building, substandard construction, unlawful collection of money, and more. Our firm filed a NIS 5 million claim against Gindi Holdings representing a client who purchased apartments from it for NIS 20 million in the Ramat Hasharon project. The lawsuit was filed by Adv.
