Fintech alert.
Congratulations to our client, Israeli start-up Bond I.T. Ltd., for purchasing G-E Financial Analytics GmbH (Scorable), a German company previously owned by Ampega Investment GmbH (from Talanx Group).
BondIT is engaged in developing AI-based solutions for optimizing bond portfolios, and its latest acquisition will allow BondIT to expand its business, and provide bonds rating solutions.
