Leor Porat is a partner in the High-tech Department, and specializes in corporate law, securities and commercial law. Leor represents a diverse range of clients, with emphasis on technology companies, M&A transactions, financing, venture capital, and other related transactions. Leor has unique expertise in the fields of cyber security, Internet, communications, digital health, life sciences and medical devices. Leor is

also highly experienced in negotiating investment, financing and venture capital transactions covering intricate issues relating to corporate and securities laws. In his practice, Leor provides ongoing counseling to entrepreneurs and company founders on setting up companies, negotiating commercial agreements, capital raising rounds and other general matters. As an outside-the-box thinker, Leor has a reputation for providing creative solutions to various dilemmas encountered by technology companies in their work. Before joining our High-tech Department, Leor served as VP and Chief Legal Counsel for Alvarion Ltd. (telecom) and Syneron Medical Ltd. (medical devices), which was sold to Apax that is traded on the Nasdaq. Before that, Leor was a partner for several years in one of the largest law firms in Israel.

Uri Fogel is a partner in Glusman, Chowers, Lahat & Co. and co-heads the Real Estate and Urban Renewal Department. Uri provides a wide array of legal and commercial services in all areas of real estate - income-producing, business and private properties. Among other areas of practice, Uri specializes in managing and counseling clients in complex transactions, including large-scale

retail, office and residential projects, represents contractors and developers in residential building projects, TAMA 38 agreements (reinforcement, reconstruction and retrofitting of aging buildings), real estate purchasing groups, registration of condominiums, commercial lease agreements, and more. Uri coordinates the firm’s practice in the urban renewal field and handles numerous projects involving both reinforcement (TAMA 38/1), demolition and reconstruction (TAMA 38/2) and evacuation-construction. Uri is highly experienced in the field and represents developers and performing contractors of urban renewal projects as well as apartment owners and property representatives. Uri holds an LL.B. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Uri interned for the Yigal Arnon & Co. law firm and joined our firm’s Real Estate and Urban Renewal Department immediately after his admission to the Israel Bar Association.

Avraham Berenson is a Partner in the firm’s Commercial Department, and has unique expertise in working with companies in the defense industries. Avraham specializes in providing ongoing counseling to companies in all realms of commercial and corporate law. Avraham's primary area of practice is in cross-border transactions and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts, such as joint venture

agreements, supply agreements, joint venture agreements, licensing agreements, etc. In his practice, Avraham garnered extensive experience in counseling defense industry companies on U.S. international traffic in arms regulations (ITAR) and on Israeli law applying to defense exports, among other issues. Avraham holds an LL.B. and a BA in Asian Studies from Haifa University, and has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2012.Avraham joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2015. Prior to joining, Avraham was employed at the law firm of Erdinast, Ben Nathan & Co., first as an intern and later as an attorney specializing in commercial law and real estate.

Moran Yossef is a partner in the high-tech department, specializing in corporate law and commercial law. Moran represents a wide range of clients, in complicated transactions in Israel and abroad such as mergers and acquisitions, financing, venture capital, and other related aspects. Moran is an expert in formulating complicated commercial agreements in diverse industrial sectors including, among other things,

in providing legal representation to companies in the defence industry. Moran also has a vast experience in shareholders disputes. Her experience includes managing commercial transactions for large Israeli companies of diverse industries and providing commercial as well as general legal advice on their ongoing commercial operations. Before joining our High-tech Department, Moran was a partner for several years in one of the largest law firms in Israel.

Libat Rappeport is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. Libat specializes in handling complex litigation cases that combine various aspects of commercial and civil law. Libat has an extensive experience in high-stakes commercial litigation cases, intellectual property cases, corporate law, contractual disputes, real estate and more. Libat holds a LL.B. and a LL.M. both

with honors from Bar-Ilan University. She began her professional career as an intern and then attorney at Ze'ev Scharf & Co., following which she worked for Oren Sebbah - Law Firm until joining our firm in 2021.
