Karelle Bachman
Karelle Dagon is an associate in the firm’s High-tech Department. Karelle’s main areas of practice are corporate law and commercial law, counseling high-tech companies regarding financing rounds, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactions. Karelle provides ongoing legal counseling to companies throughout all phases of their corporate life cycle spanning a wide range of corporate and commercial issues, which includes
capital raising rounds and regular business agreements. Karelle holds a combined B.A. in Law and International Relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She joined our firm’s High-tech Department immediately following her admission to the Israel Bar Association in 2015, after interning at the law firm of Zellermayer, Pelossof, Rosovsky, Tsafrir, Toledano & Co.
Lola (Yeola) Polak
Adv. Lola (Yeola) Polak is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. Lola specializes in the various aspects of commercial litigation, intellectual property law, tender laws, professional negligence claims against lawyers in all judicial instances. Lola holds an LL.B. (with honors) and an LL.M. from Bar-Ilan University. She has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since
2015 and joined the firm's Litigation Department in 2016 after completing her internship at the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office (Civil).
