Leor Porat

Leor Porat is a partner in the High-tech Department, and specializes in corporate law, securities and commercial law. Leor represents a diverse range of clients, with emphasis on technology companies, M&A transactions, financing, venture capital, and other related transactions. Leor has unique expertise in the fields of cyber security, Internet, communications, digital health, life sciences and medical devices. Leor is

also highly experienced in negotiating investment, financing and venture capital transactions covering intricate issues relating to corporate and securities laws. In his practice, Leor provides ongoing counseling to entrepreneurs and company founders on setting up companies, negotiating commercial agreements, capital raising rounds and other general matters. As an outside-the-box thinker, Leor has a reputation for providing creative solutions to various dilemmas encountered by technology companies in their work. Before joining our High-tech Department, Leor served as VP and Chief Legal Counsel for Alvarion Ltd. (telecom) and Syneron Medical Ltd. (medical devices), which was sold to Apax that is traded on the Nasdaq. Before that, Leor was a partner for several years in one of the largest law firms in Israel.

Uri Fogel

Uri Fogel is a partner in Glusman, Chowers, Lahat & Co. and heads the Real Estate and Urban Renewal Department. Uri provides a wide array of legal and commercial services in all areas of real estate - income-producing, business and private properties. Among other areas of practice, Uri specializes in managing and counseling clients in complex transactions, including large-scale

retail, office and residential projects, represents contractors and developers in residential building projects, TAMA 38 agreements (reinforcement, reconstruction and retrofitting of aging buildings), real estate purchasing groups, registration of condominiums, commercial lease agreements, and more. Yael Dror

Yael Dror is an associate attorney in the firm's High-tech Department. Yael’s specializes in corporate and commercial law, counseling high-tech companies, startups and investors in funding rounds, mergers and acquisitions, and other areas. Yael provides ongoing legal counseling to both private and public companies in all phases of the corporate life cycle on a wide array of corporate and

commercial issues involving financing transactions, corporate governance and ongoing business agreements. In addition, Yael's practice includes counseling institutions of higher education in matters involving research and development agreements, including research agreements funded by the European Community, the US federal government and other private and public bodies in Israel and abroad. Yael is currently writing her doctoral thesis in law and receiving her MPHil in Law in Financial Regulation from the University of Oxford, UK), under the direction of Prof. Luca Enriques, Allen & Overy Professor of Corporate Law, University of Oxford, UK. Yael also holds an M.Sc. (with honors) in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford, UK. In addition, Yael holds an LL.M. (majoring in commercial law) from Bar-Ilan University and an LL.B.
