Yael Dror is an associate attorney in the firm's High-tech Department. Yael’s specializes in corporate and commercial law, counseling high-tech companies, startups and investors in funding rounds, mergers and acquisitions, and other areas. Yael provides ongoing legal counseling to both private and public companies in all phases of the corporate life cycle on a wide array of corporate and

commercial issues involving financing transactions, corporate governance and ongoing business agreements. In addition, Yael's practice includes counseling institutions of higher education in matters involving research and development agreements, including research agreements funded by the European Community, the US federal government and other private and public bodies in Israel and abroad. Yael is currently writing her doctoral thesis in law and receiving her MPHil in Law in Financial Regulation from the University of Oxford, UK), under the direction of Prof. Luca Enriques, Allen & Overy Professor of Corporate Law, University of Oxford, UK. Yael also holds an M.Sc. (with honors) in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford, UK. In addition, Yael holds an LL.M. (majoring in commercial law) from Bar-Ilan University and an LL.B. (with honors) from Ono Academic College.

Karelle Dagon is an associate in the firm’s High-tech Department. Karelle’s main areas of practice are corporate law and commercial law, counseling high-tech companies regarding financing rounds, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactions. Karelle provides ongoing legal counseling to companies throughout all phases of their corporate life cycle spanning a wide range of corporate and commercial issues, which includes

capital raising rounds and regular business agreements. Karelle holds a combined B.A. in Law and International Relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She joined our firm’s High-tech Department immediately following her admission to the Israel Bar Association in 2015, after interning at the law firm of Zellermayer, Pelossof, Rosovsky, Tsafrir, Toledano & Co.

Adv. Lola (Yeola) Polak is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. Lola specializes in the various aspects of commercial litigation, intellectual property law, tender laws, professional negligence claims against lawyers in all judicial instances. Lola holds an LL.B. (with honors) and an LL.M. from Bar-Ilan University. She has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since

2015 and joined the firm's Litigation Department in 2016 after completing her internship at the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office (Civil).

Hadar Lieberman Hadad is an associate in the firm’s High-tech Department.

Hadar holds a combined B.A. in Law and Geography from Tel Aviv University (TAU).

Immediately following her admission to the Israeli Bar Association in 2020, Hadar worked as an attorney in Goldfarb-Seligman at the Sustainability and Environmental Law Department. Hadar interned at the Civil Division of the State Attorney's Office, Central District.

Geffen Nissim is an associate in the firm’s High-tech Department. Geffen specializes in corporate and commercial law, counseling high-tech companies, startups and investors in funding rounds, mergers and acquisitions, and other areas. Geffen provides ongoing legal counseling to companies in all phases of the corporate life cycle on a wide array of corporate and commercial issues involving financing transactions,

corporate governance and ongoing business agreements. Geffen holds LL.B with a specialization in Global Business Law from Reichman University (IDC), Benjamin de Rothschild Ambassadors’ foundation for academic and social excellence. Before joining our High-tech Department, Geffen worked as an attorney and an intern in Israel’s leading law firms.
