Karelle Dagon is an associate in the firm’s High-tech Department.
Karelle’s main areas of practice are corporate law and commercial law, counseling high-tech companies regarding financing rounds, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactions. Karelle provides ongoing legal counseling to companies throughout all phases of their corporate life cycle spanning a wide range of corporate and commercial issues, which includes capital raising rounds and regular business agreements.
Karelle holds a combined B.A. in Law and International Relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She joined our firm’s High-tech Department immediately following her admission to the Israel Bar Association in 2015, after interning at the law firm of Zellermayer, Pelossof, Rosovsky, Tsafrir, Toledano & Co.
