Moran Yossef is a partner in the high-tech department, specializing in corporate law and commercial law. Moran represents a wide range of clients, in complicated transactions in Israel and abroad such as mergers and acquisitions, financing, venture capital, and other related aspects.
Moran is an expert in formulating complicated commercial agreements in diverse industrial sectors including, among other things, in providing legal representation to companies in the defence industry. Moran also has a vast experience in shareholders disputes.
Her experience includes managing commercial transactions for large Israeli companies of diverse industries and providing commercial as well as general legal advice on their ongoing commercial operations.
Before joining our High-tech Department, Moran was a partner for several years in one of the largest law firms in Israel.
