Noam Gavish is a partner in the firm and heads our firm’s High-Tech and Startups practice.
Noam specializes in corporate law, technology and commercial law with an emphasis on complex cross-border transactions, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Investments transactions, licensing and R&D agreements, know-how and technology transfer, OEM agreements, ERP agreements, CRM agreements, and more.
Noam also has a wealth of experience in counseling technology companies on investments, funding, collaborations, and joint ventures.
Before practicing law, Noam worked for ten years as a team leader of the Computer Development Unit of the Israel Air Force, among other positions. It is there that he acquired a unique and broad knowledge in software engineering.
Noam is a graduate of the renowned IDF Center of Computing and Information Systems Unit (MAMRAM).
Noam’s experience and background in the high-tech sector gives him an in-depth understanding of the needs of high-tech companies, enabling him to provide the best possible advice to the firm’s clients.
Before joining the firm, Noam had a successful private practice specializing in counseling startup companies, and before that worked for several years in one of Israel’s largest law firms.
