Yael Dror is an associate attorney in the firm’s High-tech Department.
Yael’s specializes in corporate and commercial law, counseling high-tech companies, startups and investors in funding rounds, mergers and acquisitions, and other areas. Yael provides ongoing legal counseling to both private and public companies in all phases of the corporate life cycle on a wide array of corporate and commercial issues involving financing transactions, corporate governance and ongoing business agreements. In addition, Yael’s practice includes counseling institutions of higher education in matters involving research and development agreements, including research agreements funded by the European Community, the US federal government and other private and public bodies in Israel and abroad.
Yael is currently writing her doctoral thesis in law and receiving her MPHil in Law in Financial Regulation from the University of Oxford, UK), under the direction of Prof. Luca Enriques, Allen & Overy Professor of Corporate Law, University of Oxford, UK.
Yael also holds an M.Sc. (with honors) in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford, UK.
In addition, Yael holds an LL.M. (majoring in commercial law) from Bar-Ilan University and an LL.B. (with honors) from Ono Academic College.
