Oren Sebbah is a partner and heads our firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution department.
Oren Has an extensive experience in representing both business and private clientele before Israeli Courts and other tribunals, as well as in arbitration and mediation procedures. Oren specializes in providing advice to both companies and officers in crisis situations, handling complex litigation cases that require knowledge and expertise in varied fields of law, such as corporate and securities law, contract law, intellectual property, distribution law, real estate, labor law, family law and more.
Oren is a certified mediator and mediates in commercially oriented legal disputes.
Oren holds an LL.B. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem [The Dean’s Award]. He began his professional career as an intern at the Attorney General’s Offices and at the Supreme Court of Israel (under supervision of former Justice Prof. Yitzhak Englard). Between 2001 to 2014 Oren was a senior partner at Ze’ev Scharf & Co., following which he owned a successful private practice for 7 years until he joined our firm in 2021.
