Geffen Nissim is an associate in the firm’s High-tech Department.
Geffen specializes in corporate and commercial law, counseling high-tech companies, startups and investors in funding rounds, mergers and acquisitions, and other areas. Geffen provides ongoing legal counseling to companies in all phases of the corporate life cycle on a wide array of corporate and commercial issues involving financing transactions, corporate governance and ongoing business agreements.
Geffen holds LL.B with a specialization in Global Business Law from Reichman University (IDC), Benjamin de Rothschild Ambassadors’ foundation for academic and social excellence.
Before joining our High-tech Department, Geffen worked as an attorney and an intern in Israel’s leading law firms.
